Case Files #222: Relisha Rudd — Washington, District of Columbia. Relisha Tenau Rudd, 8, a second grader at Payne Elementary, was living with her family at the D.C. General shelter when she was last seen on March 1, 2014, on hotel security cameras with Kahlil Tatum, a janitor at the shelter who had presented himself to her school as a Dr. Tatum. Her absences went unreported for 18 days, until a school social worker uncovered the deception. An AMBER Alert was issued on March 20, 2014, the day Tatum's wife, Andrea, was found dead in a Maryland motel room; Tatum was charged with her murder and was found dead in Kenilworth Park on March 31. Police have said they cannot ignore the possibility that he killed Relisha, but she has never been found and the case remains open.
