Rookie Collins at the Warehouse Blaze
From Fire Fighters · 13:08
Show by Trigger And Kai Media
When a third alarm sounds for an out-of-control fire at a four-story warehouse on Clark and Montague, rookie firefighter Tim Collins races to the scene with his former teacher, Miss Braddock. Reporting to Lieutenant Kennedy and Chief Bob Cody, Tim is handed a giant can-opener tool and ordered to climb the rear fire stairway to the roof to relieve Private Murphy and ventilate the suffocating gases building behind the partitions. Tim braves the dark stairway and narrowly escapes a blowout from a blistering third-floor fire door before reaching the rooftop penthouse. Amid thick, blinding smoke and shattered skylights, Tim discovers Private Murphy lying unconscious beside his dropped axe. Finally, Chief Cody delivers an important safety message about household fire hazards, including unsealed paint cans, cleaning fluid vapors, and spontaneous ignition from stored rags.
