We are excited to have Dr. Sara Wine back in the Fishbowl for today's episode. Dr. Wine is the founder of Wine Holistic Health Center located in Brighton, MI. Wine Holistic Health Center's Mission is to "Get to the root cause of your health and set you on a path of wellness." We are extremely grateful that Dr. Wine was willing to take time out of her busy schedule to share with us her thoughts and concerns surrounding the current state of affairs. In addition, she shares some great times surrounding educator self-care during this mandated shutdown. She also shares some tips on how educators can prepare to serve students when we return to school. Lastly, she shares some wisdom for parents to help their children navigate their time at home.
