Street Fighter (2026)
From Noobscast · 56:43
Show by Chris Regan & Peter Regan
We're joined by gaming YouTuber DncngDnky as we dive into the new Street Fighter movie and see how it stacks up against the 1994 cult classic. We get into the choice to put Ryu, Ken and Chun-Li front and centre, try to work out what Bison is really up to, and talk through the tournament at the heart of the story. There's plenty to enjoy along the way: the soundtrack, the modern take on the fight scenes, and a prison escape sequence that's a real highlight. We also take a look at the wider cast and pitch our own heroes-versus-villains bracket. Then we look at how the film is doing at the box office and with critics, talk about where big franchises are headed, and compare it with other game adaptations like Resident Evil. Stick around for our final verdict, and to hear whether we're up for a sequel.DncngDnky's YouTube channelOur Street Fighter 1994 episodeNoobs by C.G.
