We talk about what it took for her to set work hours, get comfortable saying no, and make room for both her family and a thriving business. I also share how my D.A.R.E. Method helps us spot the habits that get in the way of what we want to create.Then we get into what I call Courageous Gratitude. Serena shares how she practices gratitude while making her bed, and I tell the story of the tree that fell on my car in the middle of an A-to-Z gratitude exercise.
