Ep #358- Nourishing Myself - A Solo Show with your host, Susan Burrell In this solo episode of Empowering Chats, I share a personal reflection on the importance of slowing down, nourishing ourselves, and making room for what is calling for our attention. I begin with an affirmation I wrote years ago that invites us to be gentle and kind to ourselves, to rest in the breath of life, and to choose self-love each and every day. After seven to eight years of empowering conversations and wonderful guests, I have decided to put Empowering Chats with Susan Burrell on hiatus for a while. It is time for me to give myself the space to go within, reflect, and explore what is unfolding in my life. Between running a business, caring for my father, and embracing my new role as a grandmother, I recognize that this is a time to replenish, rest, and reconnect with myself. I also reflect on what it means to become truly empowered: looking within, releasing the stories that keep us stuck, and reconnecting with the inner spirit and spark that guides us. As the outer world continues to unfold, I invite you to explore your own inner landscape with loving-kindness, compassion, and self-acceptance. Life is a gift, and there is always more unfolding for each of us. May we continue to hold space for one another, embrace the journey, and move forward with greater love, light, and understanding.
