Coming to you with a different attitude today, which I think is necessary because it is I’m living proof that the whole tomorrow is a better day is true. Of course, it’s not always the exact next day. and I suppose that considering this.0:33–1:03 BS that’s been going on in my head has has gone on for several weeks to a month to possibly more months than it it certainly wasn’t just tomorrow’s another day. But hey, it eventually happened, as it always does. I woke up feeling amazing. didn’t have to take any drugs other than coffee to get that way. You know what I mean? Didn’t cheat. Didn’t cheat any. I let I let a good night’s rest several nights in a row just just do it for me. Stayed hydrated.1:02–1:31 Took some magnesium, went for some walks, and we’re back. I woke up feeling absolutely marvelous. My son woke me up at 6 30 in the morning going, Dad, Dad, get my clothes. It’s time for school. And I was like, baby, we’ve still got an hour before we have to leave. And he goes, Okay. And he laid back down and went to sleep. And it was at that moment I thought, I might be back. I might this is looking really good. And sure enough, yeah, dropped him off at school, immediately got in.1:30–1:57 17,000 steps, immediately wrote 2,500 words, made a couple videos for social media, did some outlining for the podcast, just crushing it. Walked around my hometown, went to the library, which is where I did some of my outlining. I I I I’ve made the the library like an office of mine, which I know a lot of people do that. That’s not weird. but1:56–2:25 It it’s helpful when my son comes home from work or when my son comes home from school because I am like I love my office upstairs and I’m I’m far away from the family, but I’m still not strong enough to where if my son s yells up and says, Dad, dad, come down and play, I’ma do it. I’ma do it. Even if I’m in the middle of something important, I’ma do it. And I know I gotta get better about that, you know, if we want to continue to have, you know, food and shelter and2:25–2:52 And clothes and cool stuff for Christmas and all those things. But I’ma do it. So I have to take that away from me and just go to the library, which is nice. I get to see all my friends at the library. we had a nice conversation today. They were very appreciative that I posted a video for them yesterday, even though I kinda I didn’t remember even doing that. I was just walking around and I had just gone to the library and I guess I posted something hey, the library’s great. Look what I just got. and that’s a that’s a weird2:51–3:21 That’s part ADD, but also part I think depression. I think memory loss happens when you’re floating through in the void, you just do stuff and then it just goes away. Maybe you’re chasing like any serotonin that you could possibly grab without it being, you know, like ser like serotonin in the way of like booze or like you know, some type of pill or something that you know is is all and I don’t mean like3:21–3:45 depression medication. That’s obviously great. What I mean is recreational stuff that don’t get me wrong. in if you need to just suffer thro through a day and feel better and and get stuff done, that stuff works. But it also creates a loop that you you sometimes can’t get out of because then the next day you got stuff and now…
