Artful Living
By Rachel Norris
Categories: Arts, Health & Fitness, Mental Health
Rachel Norris is a music therapist and counsellor, curious about the creative process and how it can support our health and wellbeing. She created Artful Living as a virtual forum to speak with other creative people — not just about the art they make, but how it makes them feel, and how they use creativity as a tool to navigate life. Together, these conversations build a picture of the many ways we express ourselves as humans, and what that expression can offer us.Focusing on the intersections of arts, health, accessibility, and wellbeing, Rachel speaks with guests from across the creative arts therapies and artistic mediums to explore what it means to live creatively, and why that way of life belongs to all of us.This is a space to hear others' stories of creative practice, find inspiration to reconnect with your own, and discover why that connection matters for your health and wellbeing.
